Join us this summer for some conditioning!
At JDA we believe rest from a long dance season is important and necessary!
Overtraining leads to burnout 😵‍💫☹️
But well scheduled and planned classes,
to maintain and build body composition,
can be restorative and flexible for those wanting to continue to grow and build safe skills.
