🎭 BIG NEWS! 🎭

We’re so excited to finally have the green light to share this incredible news — David Walsh is heading to New York City this September to perform in the WORLD PREMIERE of the brand-new musical SOUND MIND! ❤️🗽

David will take on the principal role of Rialto in this powerful new work, with performances taking place September 17–20 at Urban Stages in NYC.

SOUND MIND is a raw, electrifying new musical exploring the lives of teens entering an inpatient mental health facility, where music becomes a powerful space for connection, healing and finding strength in shared experiences.

We couldn’t be prouder of David and are so grateful that he has the opportunity to be part of bringing an entirely new musical to the stage for the very first time.

From Newfoundland to New York City — what an adventure this is going to be! 🌟

Congratulations, David! We can’t wait to follow this journey.

Our beautiful cast of Little Shop of Horrors have been hard at work all summer perfecting those complex harmonies. 🎤

Special thanks to our Music Director, Isabelle, for dedicating her summer off from university to making more vocal magic with us. Now it’s time to officially hand off the reins to our Assistant Music Director, Kyran! 🥳

We’re so lucky to have both their talents on board, and we can’t wait for you to hear their hard work in action! 🎶

Character development can be a tricky thing, and it can be the make or break difference between an audience believing an actor or not. From costuming to entrances, these performers have been hard at work honing their character work this summer (but we think they’re also having some fun too, don’t you think? 😉).
