The School Zone Production

The School Zone Production In 1987, School Zone Productions was created to develop entertaining amateur theatre with cultural and/or educational merit.

You’re travelling through another dimension – next stop: another three adaptations of classic stories from the landmark television series ‘The Twilight Zone.’ Following on the success of last year’s production, School Zone submits for your approval a second volume of episodes adapted for stage by Christopher Tobin and directed by Fabian O’Keefe. Last year, there were outrageous bets, extra arms an

d eyes, and deals with Death. This year, the journey into the wondrous land of Rod Serling’s imagination continues with tales of bandages, books, and bodies – and just in time for Halloween!

We are sorry to hear of the passing of ACC’s Anne Noseworthy. She was a lovely person to work with.

It is with great sadness that the staff of the St. John’s Arts and Culture Centre grieve the passing of Anne Noseworthy.

Anne was with our organization for over 30 years and was a beloved co-worker. She was the epitome of grace and her work at the box office was a great service to our patrons, clients, and the arts community for decades. She will be dearly missed.

⭐️Introducing the wildly talented cast of CABARET! ⭐️

Heather Phillipps (Kit Kat Rosie) is a 30 year old actor from Portugal Cove and she is grateful beyond measure to join the TADA! family for CABARET this year. It’s been 14 years since her last musical, though recent acting credits include appearances on locally filmed television shows such as Son of a Critch, SurrealEstate, Hudson & Rex, and more. In addition to her television work, Heather has performed her first one-woman play with Persistence Theatre Company and found her way back to her first theatre family, School Zone Productions, for this year’s Provincial Drama Festival where she was nominated for best supporting actor. Heather cannot wait to dust off her musical boots and perform for you all with this killer cast.

-----------
The iconic Kander & Ebb musical, CABARET, hits the Holy Heart Theatre stage, October 24-26th at 8pm. Your ticket includes exclusive access to our top secret, immersive pre-show performances at 7:15pm. Unlike anything you've experienced before!
