Happy International Dot Day!🎨

I browsed the Dot Day website for some info about today. There are lots of fun free activity ideas and resources listed, check that out if you are looking for a way to make your mark in celebration of Dot Day!🎨

The Dot by Peter H. Reynolds is a story of a teacher who reaches a student who thinks she "can’t draw" by encouraging her to be brave enough to “just make a mark and see where it takes you.”

Inspired by the story and started by teacher Tarry Shay in 2009, International Dot Day has become an annual celebration of creativity and courage. It takes place around September 15, the book's anniversary of release.
