You may remember these two BKP family members from our production of Disney’s Descendants (as Maleficent and Jafar) 4 years ago, and many other shows. Well they’re all grown up now and heading down to Hadestown!

It's World Theatre Day! We are so lucky to get to make theatre in this vibrant city and province.

And what better way to acknowledge today than by getting tickets to see a show, supporting local theatre making.

"Man of the Year" from Artistic Fraud of Newfoundland is in Corner Brook this weekend after a smash-hit run in St. John's. Go check them out!

St. John's Players have a couple of shows happening at the LSPU Hall this weekend. Pop downtown and see a play!

"Jesus Christ Superstar: In Concert" is at the Majestic Theatre next week, and "Hadestown: Teen Edition" from MPSH Fine Arts is there at the end of April. Grab tickets to one (or both!) shows at www.majestictheatrehill.com

And summer theatre companies like Rising Tide Theatre, Stephenville Theatre Festival, Theatre Newfoundland Labrador - TNL, Perchance Theatre, and Come From Away Gander are gearing up for another summer of making theatre. Check out their websites and plan some summer theatre going!

Announcing AUDITIONS for our 2026 summer musical: HOW DO YOU GET TO JELLYBEAN ROW? - an original musical, with music, book & lyrics by Kyle McDavid!

Nine year-old Molly Fodge of St. John’s spends blissful summer days in Jellybean Row - an enchanted land of dancing puffins and talking seagulls where endless rowhouses are painted all the colours of the rainbow. When the evil, bumbling racketeer, Big Jelly, enacts a 500 year-old curse, Jellybean Row disappears into the fog, leaving Molly, her parents, and her friends desperate to find a way back. An original musical about learning to embrace change, grow from mistakes, and see the fantastical in the world around you.
