We’ve been on holiday and took our puppy to the seaside, his first experience of sea (not a water dog) and sand (scampered about like a loon and ate seaweed). Now we’re back, I’ve created some sea/seaside, dog and cat inspired pen pots.

Our next event is Craft Fair Organiser Focus, Hyde Hall, Chelmsford, Essex’s, CM38ET, 28-31 August, 10 - 5 daily.

It’s been so hot here in the UK so I took up a challenge to make ice cream bowls, because ice cream was on my mind a lot. The design of these little bowls are based on old fashioned ice cream sundae dishes and glazed in cute colours for a nostalgic vibe.

This weekend we are FarGo Village Coventry - Saturday 18 July: 11-5 and Sunday 19: 11-4. Alongside many other craft stalls there will also be live music and street food.

Hi Friends and followers, in between Craft in Focus Hyde Hall and Potfest Penrith exhibition markets the “JBeks” (John and Becky) and family will be undertaking a bit of a challenge.

Luke Bavester (Elsie’s dad) Meghan Ayers, Belle Bavester, and John and Becky of JBek Pottery also known as Team Elsie Treks will be walking coast to coast on the Hadrians wall path.

We can never thank them enough but we are doing this to raise some funds for Birmingham Children's Hospital and Charity and will be celebrating “New heart day” midway through our hike.

The hike is entirely self funded so you can be sure that every penny donated goes directly to this amazing charity.
