We're looking for a male actor for our upcoming show in the St. John’s Short Play Festival! Feel free to reach out by emailing [email protected]. Dance experience is not required, but will be a major element of the show.

Auditions will be done through self tapes only, and samples of scenes will be sent to you. The latest we will take tapes is the 22nd of July.

We are excited to see what you've got!

"Lily and Ari's relationship is tested when Lily's old high school friend, Nathan, asks for a couch to crash on after losing his job and being evicted. Lily accepts, Ari does not. And worst of all for her, Nathan turns out to be a drop out philosophy nerd who blames all of his problems on the ultra-wealthy."

This show is being produced for March 27th - 29th, 7:00PM, and will by Directed by Daniel Lanigan O'Hara, as well as Stage Managed by Gina Hrachy, featuring Nicole Redmond, Julian Michalewicz, and Jonnie-rae Hageman!

CASTING CALL

Things are getting started!

First things first, we are looking to audition for one of our main roles!

LILY (Female, 22): An upper class student living away from home in the city with her partner, Ari. Reclusive, anxious, but a light and playful personality. Prone to panic attacks and overly nostalgic for the past.

This is a paid opportunity, starting at the beginning of February until the show on the final week of March. The pay is $17/hr.

Amazing news! "Ethics, Philosophy & Eviction" by Daniel Lanigan O'Hara has been officially funded thanks to Newfoundland and Labrador Arts Council and will be produced in the first half of 2025.

This is an ambitious show and a long time coming. More info will be coming soon, so follow this page to be kept up to date!
