PWC presents Mary Poppins

Greetings, friends of PWC Musical Theatre! There's some unfortunate news today. If you follow us at school, you know that we are supposed to stage a Broadway musical in February 2021 at PWC. Unfortunately, due to Covid-19 and all the current regulations affecting the general public and our own school community, we will not be staging a production this February. Our foremost concern is the safety of our students. We waited to the last possible minute to make this call, but with the current public health situation, we could not proceed and do the quality of show we have been able to give, and you have come to expect, since 2000. Our main concern is to the well-being of our students and the safety of the general public and our dedicated supporters.

We will return. We don't know when at this point, but we will return. Here's hoping they find a good spoonful of sugar to get this medicine go down sooner than later!

Well, this is it folks. It's a bittersweet day. Closing night is here. It's always sad to bring such a great adventure to a close, but that means there's still one more chance for you to catch everyone in action. Our team has worked so hard to bring you this timeless classic. It's been a wonderful time bringing you this story. Tickets are getting sparse, but there are still some left for tonight's show.

Wow, it's cold outside! I mean, just, WOW, it's cold!!! Glad there's no snow in the forecast! But look at these faces and it would just warm you right up. What a better way to spend a cold and clear winter's night than to make your way to the Arts & Culture and have these young actors & musicians tell you the Disney classic. It's nice and toasty inside the theatre.

One final shot of our full stage company before we head to the last dress rehearsal to get ready for you to see the show. The show opens tomorrow night, and there are still tickets available.
