Finished this Elfin Lakes piece the day my water broke

And now everything has changed! Little Oswald was born last week and we are just absolutely over the moon in love with him and soaking up all the newborn snuggles ❤️

Hopefully we'll get up to Elfin this summer so Oz can see these beautiful scenes for himself!

Thanks for sticking around this page as it's been a bit quieter on the art front, I look forward to sharing creations as I have time to put them together!!

This collection represents a year's worth of coffee dates where we visit a cafe, eat some goodies, drink good coffee, buy a bag of beans, and take them home to enjoy while I paint a copy of the bag (or box.. or tin..haha). An ode to our love for coffee and the wonderful local rooster's in Vancouver! Thank you all - you make great coffee!

And no this list obviously doesn't hit all the roasters.. I'll try coffee from All the roasters eventually I'm sure. Where should I head next??🤔

How beautiful are these coffee bags?😍 I couldn't help but add them to the collection.

My goal is always to visit the shop, buy some treats & coffee, buy a bag of beans to take home, and then sip my cup of joe while painting ☕ it's been such a fun way for us to explore different

Had a great time showing and selling my watercolour and linocut pieces at the Wayfarer Art Show hosted by ! ☺️ Thanks to everyone that popped in for a visit and/or a purchase!

Went home with a handful of items from , , , , and Margaret!

ca was a fun stop for us last week! The bag we got was recommended as a nice middle ground between "classic" coffee flavors and more "adventurous" flavors, and I have to agree. Will be back!

Hoping to compile all these coffee bags into a neat little poster print.. we will see if I have time for that before tomorrow's show 😜 no guarantee haha
