'Water Lily' is SOLD

Thank you to Monica Mahn for a superb reference photo. I titled this one simply 'Water Lily'. It is painted using acrylic on an 11"x14" stretched canvas. I hope the new owner enjoys it as much as I did painting it.

'Our Turn'
4ft x 5ft
Acrylic on canvas

On August 30th my brother Rick married his beautiful bride Michelle. I am so proud and overjoyed to officially be able to call Michelle my sister in law.

When Michelle gave me photos of their yard, I saw more than a place—I saw the beginning of a life together, and all the memories yet to be made.
I wanted to capture that moment in this painting, created especially for them, with love. May it always remind them of this beautiful chapter and the home, happiness, and love they are building together.
With all my love and best wishes for a lifetime of happiness. ❤️🎨

My next showing begins on September 1st. I will post all the information regarding this on Monday. In the meantime I have been busy working on a couple of new pieces to include in the show. This is one of the paintings.

'Forest's Velvet Coat'
This piece is 16”x20" and done using acrylic. I was inspired to paint this type of tree after hiking along the west coast last spring with friends. Thank you to Isherman for the reference photo.

Big or small, I truly enjoy seeing where my paintings find a home. I donated 'Sunset Boat' as a door prize and Carmen Leonard was the winner. Carmen sent me a photo of it in the cabin. Thank you for sharing Carmen!
