The McMurrich/Monteith Recreation Committee is excited to bring the 1st (hopefully annual) Oktoberfest.

Join us for an evening of Food, Drinks and Dancing! Break out your favorite lederhosen, strap on your suspenders, adorn your dirndl, pull up those socks and get ready for what could be the event of the year.

Stay on Your Feet- is a low impact, falls prevention class. Every Wednesday at 1:30 located at the Sprucedale Community Centre. No need to register, just show up and have fun!
