I am semi-retired, a metal detectorist, and a self taught artist

3. What inspired you to start creating your items?

The COVID pandemic left me ample time, and a metal detector gift, led to the discovery of various discarded objects, prompting me to reimagine their purpose and prevent them ending up in landfills.

4. What materials or techniques do you use to ensure quality items?

Mostly metal and wood

5. What is your favourite item?

Having created over 400 pieces, I find one piece particularly exceptional and saddened when it sold- a boat, called ‘Weathered the Storm, inspired by my
maritime visits.
