I think there might have been a bit of confusion with my last post. While Super A was making money, I couldn't physically handle it anymore after stroke. I have a new business idea that is going to involve movies most likely so wanted to see if there was something that you wanted to see more of or handled better I am open to ideas to what would make it the perfect spot to get your movies. A larger selection of the older good movies from years gon by? Super A had a lot, but there are obviously more out there. Was also planning on doubling or tripling the number of new releases brought in, more blurays and now that 4K is starting to gain a foothold, probably more of those as well. The store will have the top end of everything, not necessarily the cheapest but the newest, that is one reason I am thinking a lot more new releases but also carry a stock of the best older movies that people used to come in for as I was the best place in Southern Ontario to find the movie to rent as a lot of titles are not available by streaming. I had a lot of customers from out of town, but my favourites were always my regulars. I have been n the movie business for about 30 years, so I know a fair amount about movies and the business but I learned long ago there is always room for improvement for everything in life, so no Super A is going to happen unless someone wants to drop a serious amount of cash to make it happen. I still have over 2000 movies left from closing, although a lot of the top titles got sold, they can be replaced and I know exactly which ones I need. I was once the top store and will achieve it again on a bigger scale with ideas I have that I am not willing to share at this time. I am not thinking small either, my plan is to start with Simcoe and then expand to 10-20 stores to make a small chain that I can manage myself. All of this still depends on me getting recovered enough from my partial paralysis and the need for a wheelchair
