This month, I’m introducing Sa’rellan — a spiritual identity and a body of work rooted in six founding principles: Authenticity, Courage, Trust, Discernment, Reverence, and Holiness. Together, they offer a way to explore what it means to live in alignment with our deepest truth, face ourselves honestly, and reclaim the personal power we may have handed over to others.
•Authenticity is the willingness to live truthfully, without performing or abandoning ourselves to gain acceptance.
•Courage invites us to look inward, face our shadows, question inherited beliefs, and meet vulnerability as part of transformation.
•Trust asks us to loosen our grip on certainty and allow ourselves to move into the unknown, believing we can meet what unfolds.
•Discernment becomes our inner compass, helping us recognize the difference between our own knowing and the conditioning, manipulation, and half-truths we may have mistaken for truth.
•Reverence reminds us to meet this journey with gratitude and humility, honoring the wisdom of those who came before us while remaining responsible for our own path.
•And Holiness? For me, it is the return to wholeness, not perfection, sainthood, or permission granted by an outside authority, but the willingness to stand in our own completeness, integrate what we have lived, and stop defining ourselves by our wounds. It is a return to freedom, presence, and joy. It is what I call the Rapture: not an escape from life, but a return to joy within it.
These principles aren’t rules to follow or rungs on a ladder toward some idealized version of ourselves. They are invitations to explore, question, and discover what becomes possible when we stop looking outside ourselves for every answer.
Sa’rellan brings together my spiritual inquiry, lived experience, writing, and energy work. It is a space to explore authenticity, personal power, and conscious becoming, not by telling anyone what to believe, but by making room for deeper questions and a more honest relationship with who we are. I’m not here to tell you who to be. I’m interested in what becomes possible when you learn to trust your own capacity to see, question, choose, and become. Welcome to Sa’rellan. The journey inward. The return to wholeness. I’d love to know: what does living authentically mean to you, and which of these ideas speaks to where you are in your own journey?
