We have some difficult news to share about our production of Sunset Boulevard.

Unfortunately, due to some significant scheduling and availability challenges, we’re no longer able to bring the show to the stage on our originally scheduled September 19 date at Festival Place.

The good news is that we are not cancelling the production. We are working to reschedule Sunset Boulevard for a new date, most likely sometime in early 2027.

We are just finalizing all the details. Keep watching our page and socials for info soon.

In the meantime, tune in as we start filling your feeds about Unfolding.

We are excited to introduce Drake Seipert who will be performing the roles of Artie and Manfred in Sunset Blvd.

Drake is a Sherwood Park based actor. He has always had a love for performing and has been consistently acting since Stage Eaters first introduced him to theatre in 2019, all throughout high school he has continued to act, portraying roles such as Joseph in Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat, Wadsworth in Clue Danny Zuko in Grease. You may have also seen Stage Eaters: Newsies (2022), Mary Poppins (2025), and Into The Woods (2026). His acting scope has broadened to film work which he hopes to continue exploring. He is very excited to work alongside a very talented cast to bring you Sunset Boulevard with Miles from Broadway!

Introducing Nicole Gaskell - singing a few supporting characters in Sunset Blvd. Last seen on our stage as the 2 Doctors in Next To Normal.

Nicole Gaskell is an Edmonton-based performer who recently returned home after living in the UK. She holds a Masters of Performance in Musical Theatre from the Royal Conservatoire of Scotland and is a graduate of MacEwan University’s Theatre Arts program. Her international credits include featured vocalist contracts with Royal Caribbean Cruise Lines and an appearance on ITV’s Starstruck alongside Shania Twain. Nicole is delighted to be performing with Miles From Broadway again and thanks her family and friends for their ongoing support. Theatre credits include: Bluebeard’s Castle (Edmonton Opera), Pair of Guys Lost (Darkstage Productions), Next to Normal (Miles from Broadway), The Bridges of Madison County (ELOPE), The Spitfire Grill (UK premiere, RCS), Zanna Don’t! (UK premiere, RCS).

Introducing Cleo Osbaldeston Cleo Osbaldeston - Featured Ensemble

Cleo (She/They) is a YEG born and raised theatre kid who is excited to be covering multiple female ensemble tracks in this production. Her select credits include: Miss Brannigan in Back to the 80’s (SACHS), Miss Medda Larkin in Newsies Jr (SACT), as well as having performed in Les Misérables School Edition, and Shrek (SACHS), Beauty and the Beast, Alice in Wonderland, Annie, and Finding Nemo Jr (SACT), and having tech’d Miles From Broadway’s production of Next to Normal last year! She is honoured to work with this exceptionally talented cast and crew. She hopes you enjoy the show!

We are excited to introduce Kärin Thomas, starring as Norma Desmond in Sunset Blvd, presented in concert with full dialogue, music and accompanied by a live orchestra.

Two performances only: 2pm & 7:30pm on Saturday, September 19.

Kärin is honored to step into the dramatic role of silent film star Norma Desmond for her Miles From Broadway debut. Last year, she also played Glenn Desmond (a character based on Norma Desmond) in the original production of And The Tony Award Goes To.... She would like to express her gratitude to the entire Sunset Boulevard creative team and hopes you enjoy this timeless story. “Ready for my close-up!”
