Developing hand muscles is an important first step before learning to write. Using fingers to squeeze objects is one of many ways to achieve this, making our new frog game a win! Everything we do here at The Makery is intentional and supports the development of children in various ways.

This photo is so satisfying! At one of our recent PD day camps, some of the children asked if we could get more colours of melting (perler) beads. We now have 8 individual cases put together like this one so the children have 30 different colours and their own cases to use! Lots of other behind the scenes work going on to get ready for some super fun summer camps!

Thanks to your incredible support, Mini Worlds is officially SOLD OUT! ✨

Our office has officially turned into a tiny world building laboratory behind the scenes. 😄

We’re sorting colourful moss, miniature props, tiny creatures, magical add-ins, and all kinds of imaginative materials to get ready for the workshop.

The creativity that’s about to happen in the Mess Lab is going to be AMAZING. We can't wait to welcome our guests to this magical event next Friday!
