Looking back… and smiling.

It’s hard to believe this was already two weeks ago.

What a beautiful way to begin the week, coming together for a drumming circle, sunset beach yoga, live acoustic music, and a beach full of incredible people.

As I look back, I can’t help but feel grateful. Grateful for the amazing team who helped bring this vision to life, and grateful for every single person who showed up and became part of it.

This festival has always been about kindness, connection, and community. Even though the week has come to an end, I hope we all keep that ripple going. 🩵🌊

Day 7 Breathwork Experience

A huge thank you to Melissa Melissa LeGresley for sharing your gifts with everyone at Inspire Yoga Fest.

Participants were invited to slow down, breathe deeply, and reconnect with themselves beneath the noise of everyday life. Through conscious breathing, grounding music, and a welcoming space, they had the chance to soften, let go, and return home to their bodies.

Thank you for sharing such a meaningful experience with our community. We’re so grateful you were part of the festival. 🫶🏻

I’ve been thinking about this all day🥺

At the end of my class last night, I was surprised with these beautiful roses and a collection of handwritten notes.

I stayed up reading every single one last night… and then read them all again this morning. I honestly can’t thank you enough. Your words meant so much to me.

I’ve always loved the saying, “The best kind of happy is when you’re happy because you made someone else happy.” That’s exactly how I felt throughout the entire week.

Seeing people connect, volunteer, support one another, try something new, and simply be kind… that’s what filled my heart.

In yoga, there’s a beautiful concept called seva, which means selfless service, giving from the heart without expecting anything in return. Throughout Inspire Yoga Fest, I saw seva everywhere. It wasn’t just in the teachers or volunteers. It was in every person who showed up with an open heart and helped make someone else’s day a little brighter.

Thank you for being part of this incredible community. Thank you for making Inspire Yoga Fest about so much more than yoga.

My heart is full, and I’m so grateful for all of you. 🫶🏻

The festival may be over, but the ripple doesn’t end here. Thank you for being the ripple.🌊

Mother Nature is keeping us guessing! 🌦️

Tomorrow’s Rise & Shine Fuel Your Body class is now Rise & Shine with Lisa.

📍 Parlee Beach Provincial Park
🕤 9:30–10:30 a.m.

Because the weather is so unpredictable, our friends at Fuel Your Body Fuel Your Body | PEI & NB Meals made the tough decision not to prepare the overnight oats and snacks. We completely understand, they didn’t want to risk all that delicious food going to waste if the weather forced us to cancel.

☕ The good news? Second Cup Second Cup Dieppe & Shediac will still be treating everyone to complimentary coffee and tea after class!

🌧️ If it rains, this class will be canceled. We’ll make the final call bright and early tomorrow morning.
