Blissful Dots Hi, I am Sandy. I am a dotting enthusiast, art teacher, and the visionary behind Blissful Dots. My greatest passion is dot painting.

I am also a proud grandma to four wonderful grandchildren, mama to two, cat mama, an avid geocacher, and crafty sewer.
