Soothfest Soothfest is Sault Ste. Marie's one act play festival for youth (under 25). Free workshops for participants! An awards dinner caps off the week.

Soothfest's goal is to provide a place for young theatre artists (under 25) to showcase their work within an educational environment that promotes the process of creating theatre. Soothfest invites youth directors, actors, writers and designers along with their mentors to take part in a competitive festival adjudicated by respected theatre professionals (educators, playwrights, directors) from within the arts community.
