There is nothing quite like creating a piece of art that holds deep, personal meaning. I'm currently working on this custom denim painting for a dear friend, and every detail has a story.
The silhouette in the center is Ray Elliot's shadow, carefully captured and recreated from a photograph. To wrap it all together, l've added a bold, thick black border-the perfect canvas reserved for all the artists at this years festival to sign their names.
Art is all about connection, memory, and community, and this piece has so much heart woven into it. Stay tuned to see the finished creation!

The energy is building, the studio is buzzing, and we are so excited to be a part of the Saskatoon EX parade this year! But we need your help with a very important creative executive decision. 🤔👇

There is something magic about handmade materials. At our Letter to Self workshop, half the paper you’ll use is stained and cured right here at the studio (usually during a late-night tea and Netflix session!).
