On International Women’s day, we wanted to spotlight a part of this production that is very near and dear to our hearts. We are excited to be partnering with Ovarian Cancer Canada at our shows! Mamma Mia is a story driven by strong relationships between women, particularly the bond between a mother and daughter and the unconditional supportive friendships among women. Additionally, this production has been brought to life by brilliant, hard-working, strong, and creative women across every aspect of the production. Partnering with Ovarian Cancer Canada allows our production to extend these themes beyond the stage by raising awareness about a disease that directly affects women and their families across the country.
We would love to see as many audience members as possible sporting mamma mia-themed sunglasses at our shows in support of this cause. You can purchase them at booths in the lobby and 100% of proceeds will go directly to Ovarian Cancer research, education, and patient support. 🩵🪩
