We have strived to set an extremely high standard in Saskatoon as well we believe in integrity by not doing something that will look terrible, you will regret or just for money. Winners Of the Best of Saskatoon 2011, 2013, 2014 and 2015, 2016, 2017, 2018, 2019, didn’t run 2020 and 2021 2nd place best studio, 2nd place best artist Francisco and Trevor 3rd place and best piercing studio first place. 2022 first place Best studio, first place Best Artist Francisco and 1st place Best Piercing Studio. Part-Time Studio Receptionist (approximately 28 to 32 hours)
We’re looking for a part-time Receptionist to join our studio team! Our business hours are Monday–Friday, 11:00 AM–8:00 PM, and we’re looking for someone who is available for weekday shifts.
Reception is a huge part of our studio. You’ll be the first impression for our clients and play an important role in keeping things running smoothly for both our clients and our staff.

What You’ll Be Doing
Greeting clients and checking them in
Helping clients complete forms and checking identification
Answering phone calls, emails, and messages
Booking and managing appointments
Posting on social media
Keeping the studio clean, organized, and welcoming
Helping our staff and clients wherever needed
Taking on the many day-to-day tasks that help our studio run smoothly
What We’re Looking For
Someone who has had previous Reception or customer service experience.
More importantly, we’re looking for someone who:
Is friendly, welcoming, and comfortable interacting with people
Is reliable, organized, and able to multitask
Has great communication skills
Takes pride in keeping things clean and organized
Works well independently and as part of a team
Has a positive attitude and is willing to jump in wherever needed
Can mesh well with our studio and team
We work hard, but we also believe work should be fun. We love what we do, and we’re looking for someone who brings that same enthusiasm and positive energy to the job.
