Dancing keeps you young at heart as you can see from the photo from Boogie Nights of Grant and Jackie! Fortunately for the artists at Free Flow Dance Theatre Company we also have help keeping our bodies in top shape with amazing people like Grant Martens the founder of Sirius Health Thai Massage Clinic and School.

Sirius Health Thai Massage Clinic was created to share the practical, nurturing wisdom of Thai bodywork in a setting that feels peaceful, safe, and skillful. We honour Thai traditions and lineages while practicing in a way that’s accessible and supportive for modern life.

We highly recommend them for authentic Thai bodywork in a calm, modern clinic. Unhurried sessions, consent‑led care, and techniques adapted to your goals.

From focused relief to unhurried full‑body sessions, they listen first and tailor techniques—rhythmic compressions, acupressure along sen lines, gentle mobilizations, and warmth‑based therapies—so you leave feeling more at ease.
