I am thrilled to announce that we are a finalist for the SABEX awards 2026 for Community impact.
Free Flow Dance Theatre is a professional contemporary dance company and a registered federal charity. We endeavour to advance dance as an accessible art form that can be experienced appreciated and enjoyed by everyone. Our high-quality community based programming has helped us deliver creative experiences to people across Saskatoon and the province. We are thrilled to be nominated for this award and to be a finalist. Thank you to everyone who has supported our organization over the years and brought us to the point that we are at now. As we move towards our 32nd season, we are looking forward to serving up more dance experiences for everyone!

The view from the tech booth this afternoon. The venue is quiet as we work on setting up the backstage areas, costume racks and finessing last minute details with 5 by 5 such as lighting cues and staging details.
There is a whole team behind the production from administration to designers to technicians and they play a huge role in making it look seamless.
