On July 3rd at 7pm, Slava Ukraini Winds will be performing at St. George's Ukrainian Cathedral in Saskatoon.
Join us for an evening of wind quartets and quintets by contemporary Ukrainian composers.
In person tickets can be purchased through Eventbrite here (Students can use the code "Student20" for a discount).

Our thanks to Michael Swan for his fine performance of Charles de Bériot’s Violin Concerto No. 9, and to our orchestra members for their dedication and preparation.

❄️🎶 Winterlude – Live with the Saskatoon Philharmonic Orchestra 🎶❄️

Join us for a warm and welcoming evening of orchestral music as the Saskatoon Philharmonic Orchestra presents **Winterlude** on Saturday, January 31, 2026 at 7:00 p.m. at the St. Joseph High School Theatre (115 Nelson Road). Doors open at 6:15 p.m., with rush seating available. This is a mask-friendly event.

The program brings together a thoughtful mix of classical favourites and contemporary selections, including excerpts from Elgar’s **Enigma Variations**, Bizet’s **Carmen Suite No. 1**, highlights from **Evita**, and music by David Kaplan and Kelsey Jones. 🎼✨

A special feature of the evening is **Violin Concerto No. 9** by Charles de Bériot, performed by Saskatoon-born violinist Michael Swan, a longtime concertmaster of the Saskatoon Symphony Orchestra and a familiar presence on Saskatoon stages. 🎻
