A client came into our salon experiencing severe pain due to an ingrown toenail. She shared that she had recently received a pedicure at another salon, but unfortunately, the nail edges were not properly cleaned. This led to swelling, infection, and significant discomfort.

By the time she arrived, she was in tears from the pain. We carefully assessed her condition and strongly recommended that she seek medical attention. However, she asked if we could help relieve the immediate discomfort, as it had become unbearable.

Having personally experienced the pain of an ingrown toenail in the past, I truly understood what she was going through—the sleepless nights and difficulty walking. With care and caution, we provided assistance to help ease her pain.

Seeing her smile again after the treatment meant everything to us.
