It's never too late to discover (or rediscover!) the joy of ballet! Whether you're looking to improve your fitness, increase flexibility, or simply enjoy an hour of movement each week, our Adult Ballet classes are the perfect place to start.

Our welcoming, supportive environment is open to adults 18+, making it easy for beginners and returning dancers alike to feel comfortable and confident.

Classes are taught by Arlene Minkhorst, a graduate of the National Ballet School of Canada and Canada's Royal Winnipeg Ballet School. Arlene performed professionally with the Royal Winnipeg Ballet Company before dedicating her career to teaching, and we're thrilled to have her sharing her knowledge and passion with our dancers/community!

🥰Miss Maddi thought on a random Tuesday:

Today we had over 75 dancers coming through our doors to dance.

Wether it was our full day Acro campers, our toddler/preschool and youth daycare dance programs, or our teens, they are all coming in, moving to the music, making connections, and working on themselves.

Ending the night stopping in to see our teen intensive dancers and MY HEART IS FULL🤍
