The Grand Theatre - Auburn Stage. 🤍

I’m not sure this one has fully sunk in yet.

What started as a little studio production somehow turned into a full theatrical production on the Auburn Stage at the Grand Theatre.

ONYRA was ambitious, chaotic, beautiful, stressful, emotional, and so much bigger than anything we had ever attempted before — and this group absolutely rose to the occasion.

Watching these athletes take something we had dreamed up in the studio and bring it to life on a professional theatre stage is something I don’t think I’ll ever forget.

There are so many people who helped make this weekend possible — our athletes, families, coaches, volunteers, technicians, collaborators, and everyone who bought a ticket and came to experience this strange little dream with us. Thank you.

And to this cast: you should be incredibly proud of yourselves. We made a show. A real one. At the Grand.

I think younger me would have lost her mind.

✨ ONYRA in the spotlight ✨

We’re so excited to see ONYRA featured in a recent article ahead of our performances at the Grand Theatre this weekend.

The article dives into how ONYRA came to life, the story behind the production, and what it means for Aerial Addicts to bring a full-scale aerial theatre production to the Grand stage.

A huge thank you to The Loon for taking the time to share our story and shine a little light on the work our athletes and creative team have poured into this show. 🤍

Give it a read, then come experience ONYRA for yourself this August 29 & 30. ✨

We’ve been keeping a little secret. ✨

Back in December 2025, we created our favourite production to date.

And we couldn’t quite let it go.

So this August, we’re bringing ONYRA back — bigger, bolder, and to the big stage.

There’s something so special about watching our recreational students discover what they’re capable of — trying something new, building confidence, making friends, and finding their own kind of magic in the air.

These moments were captured so beautifully by 📸 Dustine Wesson Photography , and we couldn’t love them more.

From first spins to big smiles, every student has their own journey — and we’re so lucky to be a part of it. ✨
