The H.O.P.E. Centre is excited to host the **FREE Zoomers in Balance Fall/Winter 2026 Program** for adults aged 50+.

🕥 **Classes:** Wednesdays & Fridays | 10:45–11:45 AM

This fun and supportive program helps participants:

✔ Reduce the risk of falls
✔ Stay active and healthy
✔ Meet new friends in the community

The St. Joseph’s CARE Team holds their lottery draw on the last Sunday of every month, with a monthly prize of $1,000!
