The rhythm of a song and the timing of a strike are just two different ways of seeking the same truth. 🎸🥋

​Yesterday at O’Leary’s, I was leaning into the ebbs and flows of 'Lightning Crashes.' In my Qi Gong class, we focus heavily on the cultivation of breath and the natural cycles of energy; this song embodies that transition from a calm, internal state to a powerful, external peak. I’ve always respected the balance and build of this track, and I try to keep my acoustic version true to that original form.

​While my weekdays are spent building the pack at Lonewolf, these Saturday sessions are where I tune the spirit.
