This monkey was out this weekend playing a show with The Stoney River trio. Ryan Lunn, sporting most of the vocal lead duties, Stephen James on guitar and backups, with myself on bass, backups, a couple on ukulele and lead vocals.

The power of good reverb!

Well the weekend is over, after a very nice show on Friday at the Promistery market.
What a great vibe, and talk about the fresh vegetables. Fresh organic produce, we picked our Romain lettuce, dill and cilantro fresh from the garden next to the market. There is a harvest what you want giant organic garden(s) trailing off into the distance of this 56 acre farm.
The vendors were great, the customers were gathering at the tables and having picnics while I played.
I got into playing solo shows with a certain vibe in mind, happy, mellow summer like afternoons with friends. That is exactly how this felt, right down to kids chasing farm kittens and carrying them around in baskets to be pet more.
As a musician I recommend my friends look into playing here, I think you'll enjoy yourself. To everyone who likes great food, not overpriced, you should hit up the market on 11th louth. I will be heading there for more fresh greens this weekend(Saturday, they closed Sunday), to restock.
