This is a fun one! Chef Yan Wang from Mimimi-Saint John will be set up at Drewhaven this year! We are thrilled that they are a part of the Festival and that attendees will get a chance to experience his food. If you haven't been to his restaurant then you are really missing out and if you have been then you know this is going to be an amazing stop!

A little about Yan....

Born in northern China and having spent 10 years living in southern China before moving to Canada, Yan Wang has developed a deep appreciation for the diverse culinary traditions and regional flavours of China.

After arriving in Canada, Yan discovered that much of the Chinese food available locally was very different from the cuisine he knew. He believes great flavours are universal and that authentic cuisine can connect people from different cultures.

His cooking philosophy is centred on creating balance and harmony between ingredients and flavours. At Mimimi Restaurant in Saint John, Yan combines traditional Chinese cooking techniques with fresh local ingredients from New Brunswick to create a unique dining experience featuring Dim Sum, Ramen, stir fries, and other Asian specialties.

In 2025, Yan was honoured to become a Maître Rôtisseur with the Bailliage of New Brunswick of the Chaîne des Rôtisseurs. He enjoys exchanging ideas with fellow chefs and celebrating the diversity of culinary traditions.

Coming in first is Chef Jeff Lutes at The Chandler Room, he is a Culinary Gem by the Sea and back for the Taste of St. Andrews 2026!

If you haven’t yet experienced the magic coming out of Chef Jeff Lutes’ kitchen at The Chandler Room Wine Bar & Kitchen, inside the Treadwell Inn in beautiful St. Andrews by-the-Sea, you are in for an unforgettable treat.

Chef Jeff has a true talent for transforming the freshest local ingredients into dishes that celebrate the flavours of our region. Each plate is a perfect balance of creativity and comfort while beautifully presented, full of coastal inspiration, and absolutely bursting with flavour.

We’re thrilled to have Chef Jeff Lutes joining us for The Taste of St. Andrews this year! His artistry in the kitchen has set the bar high, and we can’t wait to see what incredible creations he brings to the table for this event. Don't be surprised when you see a line out the door!

Fraud Alert! Some vendors have been receiving an email asking if they want to take part and trying to charge them fees(see below). The fradulant email is [email protected]. The only communication for vendors would be from me, Tressa, and not anyone else. Please be cautious not only with this but if anyone is trying to sell you tickets after they go on sale on Monday. Scammers will try to “resell” tickets, please don’t fall victim to this.

2025 was a record year of over $50,000 donated to food programs across Charlotte County to help with food insecurity and we couldn’t have done it without all of your amazing support.

For 2026, The Indulge Schedule is up with many more events being added! Dates are October 14th-18th, 2026

🚨 Most importantly - Tickets go on sale on Monday, July 27th at 7:00pm for Taste of St. Andrews and 7:30pm for all other events.
