PLEASE READ CAPTION FOR DETAILS 👇

We are so excited to announce that we are reopening online auditions for The Dance Hive Season 4 for an additional two weeks only!!

This year, our online audition process was an absolute success, and we have continued to receive messages from dancers who were unable to attend our original audition dates due to travel, scheduling conflicts, summer plans, or upcoming moves to the Edmonton area. We have also heard from several dancers who are relocating here in the fall and still want the opportunity to be considered for next season.

Because of the incredible interest and support, we have decided to extend online auditions one final time.

If you are an intermediate or advanced dancer who is interested in joining The Hive for the 2026–2027 season, we would love to see what you can do.

🐝 How to Audition

1. Complete the Online Video Audition Registration Form using the link in our bio.
2. Review the audition requirements listed in the form.
3. Submit your audition videos by email.
4. Submit your audition fee.

The registration form includes full details on:
• What videos to submit
• Video length requirements
• How to send your audition
• Audition fees
• Submission deadlines
• Additional assessment information

Please note: Online auditions are intended for dancers with previous dance experience. We do not generally recommend online auditions for dancers who are brand new to dance, as in person assessments allow us to better support and place new dancers. If your dancer is new to dance and interested in joining The Hive, please send us an email and we would be more than happy to help guide you toward the best program for next season.

GREYCE ROUND 2 🔥

Missed class this week? We’ve got you covered.

This Tuesday at 7:00 PM, Greyce is back to teach Round 2 of this piece. We’ll be reteaching the first half, adding some new details to bump up the difficulty, and then moving on to learn the second half of the peice.

If you were in class last week, this is your chance to finish the piece and continue building on what you learned.

If you weren’t there, don’t worry! we’ll be reviewing everything from the beginning, making this the perfect opportunity to jump in and catch up.

Season 4 Auditions are officially complete✨

What an incredible weekend!

It was amazing meeting so many new faces, reconnecting with familiar ones, and getting a glimpse of what the future of The Dance Hive looks like. The talent, passion, and energy in every room made us even more excited for the season ahead.

For both our in person auditions and video submissions, results will be sent out via email by the end of this week. Thank you to everyone who took the time to audition and submit videos. We will be reviewing all remaining video submissions throughout the week.

Due to the demand, there is a good chance we will be hosting a second round of auditions, so keep an eye out for more details soon.

Thank you to every dancer and family who came out and spent the weekend with us. We are so grateful for your support and cannot wait to get started.
