When I was visiting California, I managed to take some photos of a lovely black swan. It is not easy to paint something black! The shadows and light reflections become all important. I had a lot of fun with the background. This large painting, as well as 4 other swan paintings, will be on display during our annual Art Across The Marsh Studio Tour
