The Minoru Centre for Active Living, in the heart of the Minoru Civic Precinct in Richmond's City Centre, is an innovative new multi-purpose complex that will house an aquatic centre, older adult centre and amenities to support the revitalized sports fields in Minoru Park. This innovative new facility represents the next step in the evolution of the Minoru Civic Precinct and a legacy for Richmond
