Uzume Taiko Uzume Taiko is West Coast Canada’s premiere professional taiko drumming group.

Performing both nationally and internationally since 1989, the group performs their unique West Coast Canadian taiko drumming styles to receptive audiences the world over.

JOIN the 90-min Level 1 Sat Intro Taiko Workshop for beginners on: March 21, April 11, May 30 or July 4 from 11:00 am - 12:30 pm at the Uzume Taiko Studio.
TRAIN in the 60-min Level 2 Basic Drills Class 8-Week Sessions happening on: Thursday evenings 7:30-8:30 pm March 26-May 14 and Sat afternoons 1:00-2:00 pm March 28-May 16. Register at uzume.com/studio-workshops for ages 14 & up.
