“Perle del Tempo”; 30 x 30”/76.2 x 76.2 cm; oil on linen canvas, 2024.
Two women share the same moment, but not the same direction. One looks forward, grounded in the present, The other looks upward…………. toward time, toward possibility, toward something withheld or hoped for. A hand rests on a shoulder: not instruction, not restraint, but the weight of history and care intertwined.
This portrait holds what is unequal,
what is tender,
and what still waits to rise.

“Mystic Aura”; 24 x 30”/ 60.96 x 76.2cm; oil on linen She stands turned slightly away, as though listening to something only the spirit can hear. The world behind her dissolves—-receding like a memory, or perhaps a prayer.
In her quiet sideways gaze lives a woman who has walked through loneliness and come out shaped, not shattered. She carries a mystic aura not because she was born with it, but because she earned it—through silence, through searching, and through the small moments where she discovered her own strength hiding beneath the ache.
This portrait is part of my ongoing exploration of women empowered by spirituality: women who carry both vulnerability and a fierce inner light. She is a reminder that even in solitude there is presence, and in sorrow there is a seed of awakening!

“Secret Garden”; 30 x 30”/ 76.2 x 76.2 cm; oil on linen, silver foil, and acrylic medium; 2025.
A solitary figure leans forward—framed within a square made of books, as if held by stories that shaped her.
Vines and blossoms weave through the scene, guarding small, hidden treasures from the past.
An open book lies to the side, a single letter behind…an invitation for the imagination to wander.
This painting reflects how memory and meaning intertwine —how what we’ve read, lost, and held onto quietly builds who we are.

“ FIGURE COMMISSION”…
Figures carry silence, vulnerability, and mood. With each brushstroke, I’m listening for the story this one is telling.
