It was an absolute pleasure creating this video for my friend Brett! Him and I have known each other since elementary school and I have seen him grow into the musician that he is today. Ever since he started writing his own music I've had the desire to collaborate. This was our first collab.

About a week ago, a pretty intense storm rolled through Regina. I knew I wanted to get shots of rain for the video, but this almost seemed like too much. It was a spur of the moment decision but I grabbed my camera as the storm hit, texted Brett and we raced to this location just outside of the city.

Believe it or not, this entire video was shot within an hour, with one camera, all within one kilometre. How everything lined up was unbelievable.

This is one of my favourite pieces of content I have created so far.

Yes, this is a hard time for all small businesses and entrepreneurs. But if you’re treading alone, it’s even harder.

The world has never been more digital than it has been now. Eyes are glued to phones to stay updated and fingers tapping to connect and communicate. As creators, this gives us a chance to help.

If you are a digital creator, try to use your skills to help those who need it most. Doors are being shut and businesses are being forced online. They need content in order to continue.

If you are a creator, try reaching out to a business or service that you think might need a hand. It just might help.
