Patricia’s Howl is coming July 31 – August 2, 2026 at Regina Beach Campground! ⛺️ 🐺

Join us for a special weekend honouring Canadian Armed Forces veterans, their families, mission partners, and the 20th Anniversary of the re-deployment of Task Force Orion to Afghanistan in 2006.

This milestone event recognizes the courage, sacrifice, and service of those who served — while remembering the 19 Canadians who lost their lives during this deployment.

Enjoy a weekend filled with live music, outdoor activities, family-friendly events, food and drinks at happy hour pricing, and the chance to reconnect, reflect, and celebrate community.

On July 31, August 1 and 2,2026 the Patricia's Howl will be held at the Regina Beach Campground. This milestone event supports and honours the courage of Canadian Armed Forces Veterans, their families and mission partners during the 20th Anniversary of their re-deployment from Afghanistan.

The event will be held in recognition of Task Force Orion, a unit composed of members from the Ist Battalion, Princess Patricia's Canadian Light Infantry and Canadian Army Reserve Regiments who deployed to Kandahar, Afghanistan, in 2006. Their dedication, courage, and sacrifice earned them numerous commendations, including the Commander-in-Chief Commendation from the Governor General of Canada.

We also take this time to remember and honor the 19 Canadians who lost their lives during this deployment, ensuring their legacy continues to inspire future generations. Their actions helped shape Canada's modern legacy in international peace and security.

The venue at Regina Beach Campground (RBCG)will bring together these veterans and their families along with the families of the fallen soldiers . This event provides a welcoming space to reconnect, reflect, and enjoy a weekend of outdoor activities, live music and other family-friendly events. More than just a gathering, it is a celebration of service, sacrifice, and community.

Come out and take in some great entertainment while thanking these Canadian heroes for their service to our country!

There is no entry fee to the entertainment and food and drinks are at “happy hour” pricing !
