These were the softest most crispy potatoes! I was so impressed! Recipe:Ingredients:- 2 Pounds Potatoes- 2 tbsp butter- 2 tbsp avocado oil- 3/4 tsp dried thyme- 1/4 tsp rosemary leaves- 3/4 tsp salt- 1/2 tsp pepper- 1 cup vegetable broth - 5 cloves of garlic or 5 tsp minced garlic Instructions: 1.)Make sure your oven rack is on the top shelf and pre-heat your oven to 500 degrees. Cut Potatoes into 1 inch thick slices 2.) in a seperate bowl melt your butter. Once melted add your oil, thyme, rosemary, salt and pepper and combine 3.) Add your potatoes to a large bowl and toss your potatoes with your seasoning to make sure they’re well coated 4.) Add to a 9x13” pan and make sure they’re in a single layer 5.) Cook for 30 mins flipping halfway through 6.) Add your vegetable broth and your minced garlic to your potatoes and cook for another 15 mins.
