We at Bad & Bougie Studio want to state for the record that if you have purchased a gift card from and artist or admin from the studio, or bought it third-party from someone else who no longer wanted the time or couldn't afford it (whatever the reasoning), please know and be aware that all gift certificates and deposits are non-refundable. This has been our policy for over a decade. Whether it was a hour , 5 or 10 hours or the entire day tattoo booked it’s still a deposit made for a Heavily discounted rate meant to hold your spot.

There is no expiration date. So if you need to use your time, by all means, get it done sooner rather than later, but please know that your time will not expire.Also, I am not trying to disrespect your time. I am trying to recover from a broken arm, an injury that was unpreventable and completely out of my control.
