Calm In Chaos, A documentary on PTSD

Calm In Chaos, A documentary on PTSD SYNOPSIS
PTSD, or Post traumatic Stress Disorder, is a psychiatric disorder that can occur following the experience or witnessing of a life-threatening event

I ordered her book and was immediately relieved just from receiving the book because at that point I knew I was not alone. Although our backgrounds are very different it was a huge relief; there was someone else out there who understood. The thesis for this film is to allow for some tangible positive human response and recognition of the debilitating condition we now call
