Wow, this nomination is quite moving. Iโve been having the best time improving and building West Quesnel Day School & Quesnel Pre-K.
Working alongside passionate teachers, support personnel, and families alike absolutely fuels me.
It has been incredible to create opportunities for my team to pursue their career goals, and aid in solving the childcare shortage for our community.
This nomination is a reflection of the dedication and support of my team. Thank you for making my vision come to life. Iโm forever grateful to each of you.

Congratulations to Christina Green from West Quesnel Day School for Business Person of the Year nomination.
Christina has done so much more than simply build a businessโshe has built opportunities, created jobs, supported families, and opened doors for children in our community. She has successfully taken over 1 daycare and opened 2 within the past few years. Creating much-needed childcare spaces for local families and helping ensure more children have access to quality care and early learning.
Opening even one childcare centre is an enormous undertaking, but Christina has taken that challenge on three times. Her dedication, hard work, and commitment to our community are truly something to celebrate. Every new space she creates means another family can find childcare, another parent can work or pursue their goals, and another child has a safe, caring place to learn, grow, and thrive.
What makes Christina especially deserving of this recognition is that her success is measured not only by the businesses she has built, but by the difference those businesses make in people's lives every single day. She has seen a need in our community and stepped up to do something about it.
