We love using rice bags and want to tell you all how amazing they are! They are reusable, sustainable hot/cold packs that many people love for comfort and pain relief.

These rice bags have many purposes:
1. You can heat the small ones in the microwave and put them in your pockets to warm up your hands on those freezing cold days.
2. Heat them up in the microwave and use them to calm period cramps, or muscle pain, or other physical discomfort.
3. Put them in the freezer and use them to help tone down headaches or migraines.
