Well folks, it was 150 years ago today that the first game of hockey indoors was played at the Victoria Skating Rink in Montreal. The game was organized by James Creighton who hailed from Nova Scotia. They played with Halifax rules and sticks from back East! Here's a song that I recorded a few years back that plays homage to the life of James Creighton. Enjoy!
