We have a special Sunday coming up 🎶

Michael & Kosta are a Vancouver-based fiddle and accordion duo performing lively Celtic, Folk, and World music.
Dr. Kosta Bozhinov is a classically trained musician, virtuoso accordionist, multi-instrumentalist, and expert in Balkan and Eastern European folk traditions.
Michael Burnyeat is an award-winning fiddler, sought-after performer, session musician, and educator, known for his dynamic playing and mastery of numerous different fiddle styles, including from Celtic and Canadian traditions.

New breakfast item ✨ Greek Yogurt Parfait
High protein plain yogurt layered with mango compote (we will rotate based on what is available) and house made honey granola. Another excellent grab and go choice- it will be layered in a 16oz cup clear to go cup if you’d like it for takeaway 😍

New breakfast item ✨ Mediterranean Wrap

It’s on a tomato basil tortilla with whipped feta, three eggs, fresh greens, tomato and cucumber with a garlicky avocado herb dressing. A sprinkle of za’atar (middle eastern herb and nut blend) adds some extra flavour.

Served 9am to 11am Monday through Saturday. This makes a great on the go breakfast 😊

Happy Summer Solstice! ✨
We are now open 6 days a week and from 9am to 3pm. Thank you to everyone that visited during our soft launch last week! We have some great new handheld options for the breakfast hours (wraps, sandwiches and more) and smoothies are ever popular in the heat!

May Day has been bringing the Quadra community together since 1898. Huge thanks to all the volunteers, performers, organizers, businesses, and families who help make this magical day happen!

12:30-ish – Cosmic Sound Journey & foot races
1:00 – 3:00 pm – Fort building
2:00 – 3:00 pm – Shuttle return to HBI
