To all of my amazing customers,

As of July 1, 2026, a new payment policy will be in effect for all custom sign orders.

Over the years, I've always tried to keep things casual, flexible, and pressure-free when it comes to payment. I truly value the trust you've placed in me, and I've appreciated being able to work with each of you in that way.

Unfortunately, because every sign I create is custom-made and designed specifically for each customer, I can't resell a sign to recoup costs. To help protect my small business, new payment arrangements will now apply to all orders.

I sincerely hope you understand why this change is necessary. Thank you for your continued support, your kindness, and for choosing to support my small business. It means more than you know, and I look forward to creating many more beautiful signs for you!
