Aquafit Update

Due to illness, today’s Aquafit instructor is unavailable. This morning’s Aquafit session will be self led with an Aquafit video from 10:00 am to 11:00 am.

We invite you to come enjoy the pool at your own pace and follow along with the video if you wish.

Aquafit is still on tonight from 7:00 - 8:00 pm! Our instructor is unavailable tonight, but you're welcome to join us for a self-led video workout in the pool. There is a trained online instructor that will still coach you through the moves.
