We’re excited to invite you to be part of something new at the Periscope Playhouse!
This fall, we are launching our very first Community Arts Program (CAP) — a pilot program designed to bring engaging theatre, arts and experiential learning opportunities to our community.
And we have some exciting workshops planned!
Our inaugural fall lineup offers something for everyone, whether you’ve always wanted to step onto the stage, learn more about what happens behind the scenes, explore your creativity, or simply enjoy a fun and social evening trying something new.
🎭 Theatre Workshops
Explore acting, directing, improv, scriptwriting and theatre make-up with experienced instructors who bring a wealth of knowledge and hands-on experience to the Playhouse.
🎨 Sip ’n Learn Fall Workshops
Enjoy a relaxed evening of experiential learning while creating something of your own — including fall-themed mosaics, ceramic mug painting and Indigenous drum making. Class sizes are limited, so early registration is encouraged.
Whether you register for one workshop, two, or all of them, we hope you’ll come out, learn something new, meet fellow community members and have some fun along the way!
Registration is now open.
Call the Periscope Playhouse Box Office at 519-874-1185 to let us know which workshop(s) you would like to attend.
Payment can be made by cash, e-transfer or cheque.
This exciting pilot program has been made possible through funding received from the Miggsie Fund and the Westminster College Foundation.
We’re hoping this is just the beginning. With your support and participation, we hope to build on this program and create even more opportunities for theatre, arts, culture, creativity and connection at the Periscope Playhouse in the years ahead.
Come learn. Come create. Come connect. Come be part of our first Community Arts Program!
We can’t wait to see you at the Playhouse!
