The Christmas season is just around the corner, and MN–S is here to help spread joy!
Applications are now open for Enn List Dooshihtanaan (We’re Making a List), a program that provides Christmas gifts for Métis children from birth to age 12.
Families with a household income under $120,000 can apply now through to November 13, 2026. Gifts will be wrapped with care to brighten the holidays for our youngest Citizens.

Across our Métis Nation, there is so much to be grateful for: our families and Elders, our youth, our culture and traditions, and the many people who continue to contribute to strong Métis communities across Saskatchewan.

This weekend, we invite you to reflect on something you’re grateful for. It might be time spent with family, a lesson passed down, a connection to culture, or simply a moment that brought you joy.

MN–S main offices are closed starting Friday, October 9th and will reopen Tuesday, October 13th.

Today is World Mental Health Day, and this year’s focus, “Lived Experiences Heard: Real Voices, Real Change” ♾️💙

To anyone struggling quietly: your voice matters, your experiences matter, and you deserve support.

Our newly launched Mental Wellness Grant and Youth Wellness Grant are available to Métis Nation–Saskatchewan citizens to help support mental wellness. We encourage citizens and families to learn more about these supports.

National Day for Truth and Reconciliation

Today, we pause to remember.

To remember the children who were taken from their families. To remember those who never returned home. To honour the Survivors whose strength guides future generations.

We carry their stories forward by protecting our language and culture, and ensuring our children know who they are and where they come from.
