Lethbridge Police are releasing a composite sketch of a suspect in connection with a sexual assault, and are asking anyone who recognizes the male to come forward.

In August 2025, police initiated an investigation in response to a report of a 2023 sexual assault involving a 15-year-old girl. The victim reported she was sexually assaulted by an unknown male at a residence. Through further investigation it was determined the male had attended the home to meet with a 34-year-old female occupant. Police believe the subject is an acquaintance of the female, but his full identity is not known.

Despite a comprehensive investigation to date, the identity of the male remains unknown and police are seeking public assistance to identify him.

The suspect is described as a Caucasian male, approximately 6’1” tall, with a dark tan, blond hair, brown eyes and noticeably crooked teeth. He has multiple tattoos, including a heart outline on his right arm, a shaded design on his left forearm and a name on his chest. He is believed to have ties to the Red Deer area.

Anyone who recognizes the male or has information that could assist investigators, is asked to call police at 403-328-4444 and reference file 25056084. Anonymous tips can also be submitted to Crime Stoppers at www.p3tips.com or 1-800-222-8477. Crime Stoppers will pay cash for information leading to an arrest.

Lethbridge Police are releasing a composite sketch of a suspect in connection with a sexual assault, and are asking anyone who recognizes the male to come forward.

On August 20, 2025, police responded to a report of a sexual assault. The 30-year-old victim told police the incident had occurred a few days prior after she entered the vehicle of an unknown male downtown, was confined inside then driven to Henderson Lake where she was sexually assaulted.

The investigation has been ongoing to date.

The suspect is described as a Black or dark-skinned male, approximately 25-years-old, 5’11”, with a thin build, short Afro hairstyle, small goatee and freckles on his face. At the time, he was wearing a white tank top and sweatpants. The male’s vehicle is described as an older model (1990s), dark grey, green or black, four-door Ford truck with tinted windows.

Anyone who recognizes the suspect or has information that could assist investigators, is asked to call police at 403-328-4444 and reference file 25015898. I've had a lot of comments lately from people concerned about what I am exposed to as a composite artist. For the record, know that I've been a 911 dispatcher for the last 20+ years. I don't think there's anything that could come up in a composite drawing interview that could hurt me now. I'm here so a "normal" artist doesn't have to do it. There is a purpose to my path. I am blessed to be able to contribute in this way to help my law enforcement brothers and sisters in these unsolved cases. All we can do is try. ♥️

For my Mom and Dad. The first drawing I've ever done just for you, after all these years, and it was the most difficult. Partly because I just couldn't get it perfect, but also because I was afraid it was going to make you cry. We all have fond memories of Moyie, and I hope you can enjoy this little piece of it close beside you.
